Placing an Order

All orders (graduation caps, dancewear, teamwear, and custom projects) can be submitted through my Order Form.
If you’re unsure about how to describe your project, fill out the form as best you can. I’ll follow up within 2 business days to confirm details.

You’ll get a confirmation email within 2 business days verifying your order and spot.
The email will include a $50 non-refundable deposit link to start your project. This goes toward your design consultation or mock-up, if applicable.
Once your design is approved, I’ll send an invoice for the remaining balance, due within 2 weeks.
Shipping instructions and any base item info will be included in the follow-up email.

Most projects take 2–4 weeks after your order is confirmed.
Need it sooner? Email me to see if a rush order is possible (additional fees may apply).

Rush orders are considered on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees apply.

Changes depend on your project stage. Please email me as soon as possible.
Mistakes on your order form? Reply to your confirmation email (sent within 2 business days) or email me directly.
Payments

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe’s secure online invoicing platform.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to start your project.
Once your design is finalized & approved, the remaining balance is invoiced and due within 2 weeks.
Design & Customization

If you’d like me to provide a blank or base item, please be sure to indicate this clearly on your order form. The cost of any base item I provide will always be added to your invoice.
Graduation Caps: $20 if requested on your order form.
Audition Wear & Custom Orders: Only provided if pre-arranged.
Teamwear: Blank tees, sweatshirts, and other apparel can be provided. Please specify your apparel request on your order form.

Yes! Include your color preferences in your order form and I’ll confirm availability during the design consultation.

If your project needs a mock-up, it includes up to two rounds of revisions after the first design. Extra revisions may come with an additional fee.
Most clients find their vision comes together on the first draft, with just 1–2 small tweaks.
Keep in mind that each revision can add to your turnaround time, so the more details you share on your order form, the smoother (and faster!) the process will be.
Shipping & Returns

Once your deposit is submitted, I’ll provide shipping instructions. You are responsible for sending your base item unless otherwise arranged.

Graduation Caps & Dancewear: $10 flat rate
Custom, Teamwear, or International Orders: Varies by weight and location. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

I primarily ship within the U.S.
If you’re outside the U.S., international shipping is possible—just reach out first! Shipping costs, customs fees, and delivery times will vary, and will be the customer’s responsibility.

Because each project is custom and made-to-order, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Orders can be canceled before work begins, but deposits are non-refundable. Once the design process starts, cancellations aren’t accepted.

If you notice any problems with your order once it arrives, please email me within 3 days of delivery so I can review your concern.
